This session takes a brief look at some of the current tax issues facing farmers and ranchers.  Discussed will be recent court and IRS developments, as well as particular issues that are trending such as residual fertilizer supply; conservation easement donations; hobby losses; and planning issues presented if the TCJA sunsets after 2025.
